Debarred vendors

The University cannot award a PO or sign a contract with a vendor that appears on the following lists as a debarred/excluded vendor:

• State of Tennessee’s Central Procurement Office
• System for Award Management (SAM)
• Office of Inspector General Exclusions Database
• FDA Debarment List (for any purchase using federal funds)
